Size: About 9½” wide; 9″ long
Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn: Multicolor – 1 oz, 50 yds (30 g, 46 m) Blue – 1 oz, 50 yds (30 g, 46 m)
Crochet Hook: Size I-9 (5.50 mm)
Special Stitches
Reverse Single Crochet (rev-sc): Working from left to right, insert hook in next st to right, pull up lp, yo, draw through both lps on hook.
DISHCLOTH:
Row 1: (Right Side) With Multicolor, ch 30, sc in 2nd ch from hook, [sc in next ch] across. (29 sc)
Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first hdc now and throughout), turn, [hdc in next sc] across. (29 hdc)
Row 3: Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), turn, [dc in next hdc] across. (29 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Row 4: With wrong side facing, join Blue with sc to first dc, [sc in next dc] across. (29 sc)
Row 5: Ch 1, sc in first sc, [tr in next sc, sc in next sc] across. (15 sc and 14 tr)
Row 6: Ch 1, turn, sc in each st across. (29 sc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Row 7: With right side facing, join Multicolor with sl st to first sc, ch 3, [dc in next sc] across. (29 dc)
Row 8: Ch 2, turn, [hdc in next sc] across. (29 hdc)
Row 9: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across. (29 sc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rows 10-12: Rep Rows 4-6.
Row 13: With right side facing, join Multicolor with sc to first st, [sc in next sc] across. (29 sc)
Rows 14-21: Rep Rows 2-9.
At the end of Row 21, DO NOT FINISH OFF.
Edging
With right side facing, evenly rev-sc around dishcloth; join with sl st to first sc. Finish off and weave in ends.
