Flower Scrubbie Dishcloth

About 10″ diameter (at widest point)
Materials:
Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn: Multicolor – 2½ oz, 125 yds (75 g, 115 m) (Peaches & Crème) 4″ Plastic Scrubber
Crochet Hook:
Size H-8 (5.00 mm)

Special Stitches
Front Post Double Crochet: (FPdc):
Yo hook, insert hook from front to back to front around post of indicated st, yo hook, pull up lp, [yo hook, pull through 2 lps] twice.
Unless noted otherwise, always skip the st behind the FPdc.

 

DISHCLOTH:
Rnd 1:
(Right Side) Working around outside edge of scrubber, join yarn with sl st anywhere, ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), evenly work another 41 dc around; join with sl st to first dc. (42 dc)
Rnd 2:
Ch 3, (dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in same st as joining, ch 2, [skip next 2 dc, (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in next dc, ch 2] around; join as before. (14 shells)
Rnd 3:
Ch 3, FPdc in first dc (starting ch-3 of previous round), FPdc in next dc, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-1 sp, FPdc in next 2 dc, 2 sc in next ch-2 sp, [FPdc in next 2 dc, (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next ch-1 sp, FPdc in next 2 dc, 2 sc in next ch-2 sp] around; join with sl st to first FPdc (not ch-3).
Rnd 4:
Ch 3, dc in next 3 dc, (dc, ch 2, dc) in ch-2 sp, dc in next 4 dc, ch 1, skip next 2 sc, [dc in next 4 dc, (dc, ch 2, dc) in ch-2 sp, dc in next 4 dc, ch 1, skip next 2 sc] around; join with sl st to first dc (ch-3), ch 8, sl st in same dc (hanger made). Finish off and weave in ends. Enjoy!!
