  • RED HEART Baby Econo, 2 skeins 1047 Candy Print A, 1 skein each 1722 Lt. Pink B and 1668 Serene Green C
  • Crochet Hook: 5mm [US H-8]
  • Yarn needle.

Special Abbreviation

dec (decrease) = [yarn over and draw up a loop in next dc, yarn over and draw through 2 loops] twice, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on hook.

Color Sequence

[2 rows A, 2 rows B, 2rows A, 2 rows C] 7 times.

2 rows A, 2 rows B, 2rows A.

BLANKET

With A ch 135.

Row 1 (Right Side): Dc in 4th ch from hook, * dc in next 3 ch, [dec] twice, dc in next 3 ch **, [2 dc in next ch] twice; repeat from * to last ch, end at **; 2 dc in last ch; turn.

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in first dc, * dc in next 3 dc, [dec] twice, dc in next 3 dc **, [2 dc in next dc] twice; repeat from * to last st, end at **; 2 dc in top of ch-3 changing to next color in last dc; turn.

Row 3: Ch 3, working all in back loops dc in first dc, * dc in next 3 dc, [dec] twice, dc in next 3 dc **, [2 dc in next dc] twice; repeat from * to last st, end at **; 2 dc in top of ch-3; turn.

Keeping continuity of color sequence, repeat Rows 2 and 3 for pattern. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
