RED HEART® Boutique Ribbons™: 1 ball 1938 City B.



Crochet Hook:
5.5mm [US I-9] and 3.5mm [US E-4].

Yarn needle, sewing thread and sewing needle.
Scarf measures 4” x 58”.
GAUGE: 10 hdc and 8 rows in hdc = 4 inches. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.
SCARF
With A, ch 121.
Row 1:
Sc in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across – 120 sc.
Row 2:
Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * across – 180 sts.
Row 3:
Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * to across – 270 sts.
Row 4:
Ch 2, turn, *2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st; repeat from * across to last st, hdc in last st. – 405 sts. Fasten off.
Row 5:
Change to B and smaller hook (using the thread of the Ribbons yarn) sc in each hdc across.
Row 6:
Turn, sc into each sc to the end.
FINISHING
Weave in ends of A. Using sewing thread, tack down on both ends.

    I have periodically downloaded your ‘Free Crochet’ patterns and always in the past there has been a picture with download. Now there is only instructions, no picture. A picture is a must as down the road I probably won’t remember what item looked like without seeing a picture. Did you change something as nothing has changed on my end? Please put picture back in downloadable field. Thanks! Suzanne
