Size: About 2¼” wide, 2″ tall.

Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn Bright Pink – 6 yds

Crochet Hook: Size I-9 (5.50 mm)

Pattern

Heart

Rnd 1: (Right Side) Ch 4, join with sl st to first ch to form ring; ch 1, [3 hdc in ring, ch 2] 4 times; join with sl st to first hdc. (12 hdc and 4 ch-2 sps)

Row 2: [(Dc, 5 htr, dc) in center hdc of next 3-hdc group, sl st in next ch-2 sp] twice. Finish off and weave in ends.

    Hi Sarah,

    The abbreviation “htr” stands for half treble crochet. To work htr, YO twice, insert hook in stitch, pull up a loop, YO, draw through 2 loops on hook, YO, draw through all remaining loops.
