Cotton Candy Popcorn Dishcloth

Size: About 10½” diameter
Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton: Pink- 2 oz, 95 yd (56.7 g, 86 yd); Multicolor- 2 oz, 95 yd (56.7 g, 86 yd); (Bernat Cottontots)
Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5.00 mm)
JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.
Special Stitches
Beginning Popcorn (Beg-PC): Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 4 dc in same st, drop lp from hook, insert hook from front to back in top of ch-3, pull dropped lp through.
Popcorn (PC): 5 dc in next st, drop lp from hook, insert hook from front to back in first dc made, pull dropped lp through.
Double Treble Crochet (dtr): Yo hook 3 times, insert hook in st or sp indicated and pull up lp, [yo and draw through two lps on hook] 4 times.
DISHCLOTH
Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Pink, ch 4, 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (skipped ch count as first dc); join with sl st to first dc. (12 dc)
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each dc around; join with sl st to first sc. (24 sc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 3: With right side facing, join Multicolor with sl st to any sc, beg-PC, dc in back lp of next sc, [PC in both lps of next sc, dc in back lp of next sc] around; join with sl st to first PC. (12 popcorn, 12 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 4: With right side facing, join Pink with sc to any PC, 2 sc in same st, tr in front lp of next sc (on rnd before last), skip next dc, [3 sc in next pc, tr in front lp of next sc (on rnd before last), skip next dc] around; join with sl st to first sc. (36 sc, 12 tr) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 5: With right side facing, join Multicolor with sl st to any st, ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), [dc in next st] around; join with sl st to first dc. (48 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 6: With right side facing, join Pink with sc to any dc, [sc in next dc] around; join with sl st to first sc. (48 sc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 7: With right side facing, join Mulitcolor with sl st to any sc, beg-PC, 2 dc in back lp of next sc, [PC in both lps of next sc, 2 dc in back lp of next sc] around; join with sl st to first PC. (24 popcorn, 48 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 8: With right side facing, join Pink with sc to 2nd dc of any 2-dc group, sc in next 2 sts, tr in front lp of next sc (on rnd before last), [sc in next 3 sts, tr in front lp of next sc (on rnd before last)] around; join with sl st to first sc. (72 sc, 24 tr) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 9: With right side facing, join Multicolor with sl st to any st, ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), [dc in next st] around; join with sl st to first dc. (96 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 10: With right side facing, join Pink with sc to any dc, [sc in next dc] around; join with sl st to first sc. (96 sc) Finish off and weave in ends.
